At Moment in Art we want to delight all our customers with our individually designed prints and great customer service. But we also want you to feel safe ordering from us and to understand our terms and conditions. So we have written these below in what we hope is everyday plain language. General Terms and Conditions

Our Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time. However, don’t worry we will always apply the Terms and Conditions you accepted at the time you placed your order.
All orders placed through momentinart.com are subject to our Terms and Conditions. By using this site, you are agreeing to Moment In Art’s Terms and Conditions in force at that time.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

Purchasing A Moment in Art Print

Moment in Art prints can only be selected, ordered and purchased through the momentinart.com website. It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that order details given at the time of purchase are correct and accurate.
We will of course always do what we reasonably can to meet each customer’s requirements before and after orders are placed. However, all our artwork is bespoke and personalised to the customer’s requirements and Moment in Art is not responsible for customer error so please check thoroughly.
All customers must be over 18 at the time of purchase.

Love me, Wear me, Share me bracelets

Love me, Wear me, Share me bracelets are designed to be worn and enjoyed but please do not submerge them in water as this may affect the surface of the beads. Some discolouration may occur if the bracelet is exposed to chemicals such as cleaning or skin products. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to help. Contains small parts, please keep away from young children.

Payment

Your payments to Moment in Art is made through PayPal.
PayPal is an independent company so PayPal terms and conditions apply to all transactions made through their services. Therefore Moment In Art is not responsible for the content or application of these services.
Please contact us if you have any problem making a payment for a Moment in Art product through PayPal. We will be happy to assist you with purchases where possible.
Moment in Art cannot guarantee the security of any payment data disclosed online. We will not be responsible for any breaches outside our control.
In the event of any payment dispute, goods remain the property of Moment in Art until full payment is received and cleared.

Returns

Moment In Art produce high quality bespoke artwork. We want all of our customers to be delighted with the prints they purchase. However, we understand that occasionally problems do occur and ask that customers contact us as soon as they are aware.
Goods that are damaged on receipt will be replaced or refunded within 7 days of receipt as long as the goods are returned complete in the condition received with their original packaging.
Unfortunately, some items are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Any Moment in Art print that is made to your specific requirements and includes personalised information or images cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started.
To avoid any confusion or disappointment, please always check with Moment in Art at info@momentinart.com whether an item is cancellable or refundable before ordering.
