woocommerce_cart_hash enables the functionality of our shopping cart so you can shop online.
woocommerce_items_in_cart remembers items you have put in your shopping cart so you don’t have to add them again.

wp-settings-1 WordPress also sets a few wp-settings-[UID] cookies. The number on the end is your individual user ID from the users database table. This is used to customise your view of the admin interface and the main site interface.
